| Rocky Silvestri, President |
| |
Rocky has over ten years of hands-on experience in process improvement, project management, and quality and operations management. Rocky is experienced with implementing process improvement initiatives at all organizational levels as well as on a global scale having coordinated successful projects in Europe and Asia.
Before BlueLine Associates, Rocky worked with companies such as Liberty Mutual Insurance, Wachovia Bank, Fidelity Investments and IBM. Most recently, Rocky was responsible for projects at Liberty International Underwriting where his expertise spanned multiple countries and lines of business to achieve a leaner and more effective global underwriting process.
Rocky is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Fidelity Investments. In addition, Rocky is well-versed and certified in a broad array of powerful process improvement methodologies, including Kaizen, GE Work-Out, DMAIC and SAS 70 audits.
Rocky has a B.S. in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University.

| Seth Cotner, Chief Operating Officer |

Seth has over ten years of financial / banking experience. Of which his last five years has been focused on process improvement, optimization and quality management. Seth has successfully implemented and deployed multiple process improvement teams across large financial firms. Additionally, he has individually lead several organizational changing project efforts, that upon completion annually realized millions in hard dollar savings.
Prior to BlueLine Associates, Seth worked with companies such as Raymond James Financial, Fidelity Investments and Branch Bank and Trust (BB&T). Most recently, as a Vice President at BB&T, he managed the process optimization portfolio which targeted improvements in cycle time, quality, volume, risk and customer satisfaction. All of which has had substantial impact on cost reduction and revenue generation.
Seth is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt from North Carolina State. He received his Black Belt from Fidelity Investments. Seth also serves as an adjunct professor at North Carolina State and Penn University, focusing on facilitating Six Sigma tools and methodology.
Seth has a B.S. in Business Management / Economics from Purdue University.

| Jesse Wood, Chief Consultant |

Jesse has over 6 years of hands on experience in process improvement, statistical quality analysis, and process / product design. He has lead process improvement initiatives, quality program deployments, process design efforts, and quality training in the financial, manufacturing and the health care industries.
Before BlueLine Associates he worked as an Extension Specialist with North Carolina State University where he developed Master Black Belt training, instructed Green, Black and Master Black Belts, coached industry certification projects and taught undergraduate/graduate courses in quality improvement and the design process.
Post NC State University, Jesse worked as a Process Engineer/Project Manager with BB&T Bank. He led process improvement / design efforts that touched Loan Operations, Community Banking, Treasury and Electronic Delivery Channels. His efforts were both tactical and transformational in nature and led to large hard dollar impact.
Jesse is a Certified Master Black Belt from North Carolina State University’s Six Sigma Program. He received his B.S. and M.S. from North Carolina State University in Textile Engineering. Also, Jesse serves as an adjunct professor at the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Penn University focusing on facilitating Six Sigma tools and methodology.

| Dan Cali, Chief Consultant |

Dan has 6 years’ experience leveraging a process improvement, project management, and technology skill set. He has achieved process improvements across multiple industries both domestically and in Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining BlueLine Associates, Dan has worked with companies including Caterpillar and Liberty International Underwriters. His direct experience includes implementing enterprise technology solutions, reengineering specialty insurance claims and underwriting processes, and improving human resource and finance operations.
Dan is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and is versed in lean thinking, DMAIC, ITIL, project management, and software quality assurance (SQA).
Dan has a B.S. in Business Computer Systems from Bradley University.

| Adam Terrill, Executive Sales Director |

Adam has over 12 years of experience in sales, business development and leadership experience in highly complex technical and service solutions companies. Adam has been known for innovation, creating consistent and sizeable revenue growth and a disciplined approach to sales and leadership.
Prior to BlueLine Associates, Adam has worked with both emerging hi-tech companies as well as S&P 500 to include BMC, OutStart and Red Hat. Throughout Adam’s career he has held executive level sales leadership positions with responsibilities in the Public Sector (DoD USAF), Federal Government Business Development and Commercial Enterprise Accounts.
Pre North Carolina State University where Adam received his B.S. in Business Administration, Adam spent eight years traveling the world as a United States Marine. He currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.

| Tyler Morse, Senior Consultant |

Tyler has over has over 8 years of legal experience with the last 4 focusing on large scale legal department operational improvement and reorganization. He employs Lean Six Sigma methodologies to increase efficiency, reduce cycle time and reduce variation in key Legal and IT processes that support business and external customers.
Before joining BlueLine Associates, Tyler worked with Liberty Mutual insurance focusing on Legal and IT process improvement, asset management and software development. Prior to Liberty Mutual Tyler practiced law in New Hampshire handling insurance defense, subrogation, personal injury, property damage, corporate and real estate transactions.
Tyler is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics, University of New Hampshire. Tyler is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Federal Court.

| Brian Davis, Senior Consultant |

Brian has 6 years experience in Six Sigma, project management and process improvement / solution implementation.
Most recently he has worked with Fidelity Investments and Empower Software Solutions. During this time he managed and performed the implementation of timekeeping software with small market clients. Focusing on providing rapid deployments to minimize IT costs, increase flexibility, reliability and lower total cost of ownership.
Brian received his Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Fidelity Investments and is Certified Project Management Professional.
Brian has a B.A. from Michigan State University.

| Mark Abrams, Senior Consultant |

Mark has 13 years’ experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Total Quality Management in the Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing, HR Payroll, Finance and Hospitality industries. He has successfully led projects that spanned from Europe to Japan.
He has worked with EMD Millipore, Fidelity Investments, Workscape, Bain & Company and Fairmont Hotels.
A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Mark has developed “grass roots” Lean Six Sigma deployment, overseen a Lean Six Sigma program at five separate manufacturing sites, acted as Materials Manager at a clean room manufacturing site, and most recently developed Joint Process Improvement and Cost of Quality programs for a full end-to-end supply chain.
Mark has a M.S. from New York University.
