The initiative will result in aligning the messages to a business driven process across lines of business and geographies to provide members with:
- A holistic, more meaningful view of business processes and the alignment to ACORD messages
- A baseline from which to measure, monitor & improve operational efficiency and data quality
- A platform that moves the industry towards greater interoperability, reduced costs and better service to the client

- Training and certification in industry processes/Best Practices and Standards
