Tampa, FL — BlueLine Associates is pleased announce the expansion of a new office covering the New England area and the promotion of Ms. Joanna Young to Chief Delivery Officer. BlueLine, which has earned the recognition as one of the fastest growing consulting firms in the U.S. and a top 10 spot on Consulting Magazine’s “Best Firms to Work For,” has been growing in all service lines.
Ms. Young, who has held the position of Senior Managing Director at BlueLine since January, will now oversee the consulting division. She has held CIO positions at Liberty Mutual, the University of New Hampshire, and Michigan State University where she designed and led large complex strategic initiatives involving organizational transformation, enterprise systems, service management, and infrastructure. “I’m excited to bring BlueLine’s unique value proposition to New England,” said Ms. Young. “We provide tangible results through recommending and implementing solutions that are best suited to our client’s unique strategy and culture.” Joanna, also known as @jcycio to her thousands of Twitter followers, also publishes a blog on leadership and technology at jcycio.com. She is part of an international group of C-suite professionals who collaborate regularly under #CIOchat.
Rocky Silvestri, BlueLine President and CEO, said, “We are focused on bringing people, process, and technology solutions to our clients so that we can help them overcome their most complicated business challenges. Having Joanna lead our consulting division, where she can work more closely with our clients, will help them achieve their goals even faster. We continue to build an experienced and exceptional leadership team that will position us for progressive growth and expansion.”
BlueLine will be expanding operations by opening a new office in the New England region. This will enable the organization to meet business requirements from clients and to continue being a market leader in consulting, managed services, and staffing. A key driver to business success for BlueLine is to hire the best and brightest talent to ensure client satisfaction. Continually adding staff throughout the U.S. will allow BlueLine to support the market demands and position the business for long term growth.
“We are very excited about BlueLine’s expansion into the New England region, especially given many members of the leadership team are originally from that area. Our centralized office location in Massachusetts allows us to work with clients throughout the six New England states,” said Rob Blanchette, BlueLine Associates Partner.
