BlueLine Associates, a leading Business Process Management services provider, announced that Gartner, the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company, has identified BlueLine in the “Hype Cycle for Business Process Management, 2015 report 1 in the C&SI category”.
Gartner Hype Cycles provide a graphic representation of the maturity and adoption of technologies and applications, and how they are potentially relevant to solving real business problems and exploiting new opportunities. Gartner Hype Cycle methodology gives a view of how a technology or application will evolve over time, providing a sound source of insight to manage its deployment within the context of specific business goals.
According to Gartner analyst, Michele Cantara, “Digital business, digital marketing, and the IoT require businesses to transform their business processes, and as a result demand for BPM consulting expertise has soared.” Cantara goes on to state, “Using a C&SI to assist with BPI or business transformation can yield positive results, ranging from incremental process improvement (such a cost and cycle time reductions) to margin increases resulting from unstructured and adaptive processes as customers pay more for personalized service and as advanced technologies make it possible to support process variation at scale.”
“It is a great honor to be included in this Gartner report,” said BlueLine President, Rocky Silvestri. “We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service with dramatic returns on investment. We believe this inclusion validates our goal of delivering valuable solutions for our client’s business process management needs.”
